Pat McCarthy founded the company in Halifax in 2004, and it has stayed a family business ever since — which is exactly why the standard hasn't slipped. What began as renovation work grew to cover new construction along with additions and renovations to both residential and commercial property — the whole project managed under one contractor, from permits and trades through to the final walkthrough.
The Canadian Home Builders' Association of Nova Scotia recognised our work with a Peak Award for Outstanding Residential Renovation — Addition to an Existing Home. Additions remain one of the things we're best known for in the Halifax region.
We became an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau and a member of the Nova Scotia Home Builders' Association, and we carry $2,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance while remaining in good standing with the Workers' Compensation Board of Nova Scotia.
